A  leaflet has been published by the CAB giving some useful general information and help.

Some further information is offered below from your Parish Council

If an individual is not classified as vulnerable, then the amount of help is much more limited as resources are understandably
focussed on the vulnerable (under 25, ill, disabled, pregnant etc.)

Inevitably a significant number of homeless people have other problems such as illness, drug and alcohol abuse, inability
to access benefits and so on. Each case is different and the individuals circumstances need to carefully documented and the inevitably paperwork completed

A variety of authorities and charities can provide help here. This includes:-

Contact StreetLink to report a rough sleeper on www.streetlink.org.uk they will locate
the person and try to provide help.
